The Oakland Partnership is a successful, highly respected and expanding Consultancy specialising in recruitment within the Banking, Financial Services, Asset Finance and Leasing sectors.
Based in Central London, close to St. Paul’s, City Thameslink and Blackfriars stations, we work with a wide range of clients and recruit staff with a variety of skills and experience. As a result of continually increasing demand for our services we now have an opening for a bright, articulate and career minded resourcer and administrator to join our small friendly team.
The successful candidate will be providing administrative support to the Consultants, carrying out a variety of duties. After initial training these will typically include, contacting candidates via telephone and email to discuss their situation, arranging interviews with candidates, placing advertisements with online job sites, searching those sites for suitable candidates, checking CV’s for accuracy, raising invoices, providing customer services support and other ad hoc administration tasks.
It is essential that those wishing to apply for this role are first class communicators, who are articulate with excellent written and spoken English skills. You should have a confident telephone manner and possess the commitment and desire to be successful in your career. Applicants should ideally be degree qualified or, to “A” level standard with minimum Grades A-C. You should also have at least 12 months experience working in a UK based financial services and/or sales-related environment.
