North London and Field Based
Circa £40,000 plus car and bens
Our client is a financial services subsidiary of a major manufacturer. They have a newly created opening for an experienced Corporate Credit and Relationship manager to join them in their developing business. Working in close partnership with Business Development team and reporting to the Head of Risk, you will be partly based in our clients North London offices and partly field based, maintaining good relationships and lines of communication with a network of dealers and customers. Your role will be to assist in managing long term high value relationships, providing guidance as to credit matters and creating bespoke financial solutions for clients, after gaining a thorough understanding of their requirements.
Your responsibilities will encompass the traditional requirements of an experienced credit professional, including maintaining the integrity of credit systems data, financial information, conducting relevant research, preparation of credit applications with recommendations for approval above personal authority, preparing non standard documents and co-ordinate the execution and draw down of facilities, monitoring and controlling quality in accordance with guidelines and policy.
Applicants should possess sound credit and documentation skills, including the preparation of detailed corporate credit applications and should ideally have relationship management experience from within the Sales Aid/Contract Hire/Asset Finance Industry. You should be comfortable dealing with clients at board level and therefore your communication skills will be excellent. It is also expected that you will be a results orientated individual who is fully conversant with the UK Asset Finance marketplace.
