Collections Manager - Passion for Collections - West Sussex

Salary: £28000 - £38000 per annum Bonus up to £20k plus healthcare and pension

Candidate

Personality type, able to think on feet, move and work at a fast pace, able to make commercial decisions, tenacious, driven, measured, ability to lead a team, deliver against targets, ability to travel, deal with difficult scenarios (going to site when company placed into a formal process)
Experience of commercial debt collection and sales ledger management

  • We are looking for a hungry individual who wants to succeed and be part of a very successful team and business.

Role

  • Set out a strategy for collect outs and developing a credit policy for confidential sales ledger management
  • Provide accurate and timely MI
  • Set targets
  • Drive/motivate a team
  • Develop and train team
  • Deal with non performance
