The Candidate
We are looking for several candidates with experience of working in collections /debt collection ideally within a business to business environment.The job holders will be responsible for telephone based collections. This is a positive upbeat work environment which is target driven and where excellence is rewarded by an attractive bonus scheme. The successful candidates will have:
- Experience of collections management.
- Excellent telephone & communication skills
- Debt collection skills + knowledge.
The Role
Main responsibilities are:
- Timely collection activities, in order to minimize risk costs and optimise returns
- Communicate with debtors by telephone and in writing to solve arrears.
- Advising of pending legal action where necessary
- Manage debtors and arrears process, during third month of arrears, in order to ensure in time collection of payments
- Communicating with debtor and all necessary internal and external parties and reporting on developments, in order to ensure an effective and efficient collections and recovery process
