Customer Relationship Manager – Asset Finance
Up to £30,000 with realistic OTE of circa £60,000
An excellent career opportunity has arisen for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive who has proven sales experience gained within the Asset Finance industry to join a highly respected Finance House. The company offers a wide range of financial solutions to Commercial businesses and the Professions market including Leasing, Asset Finance and Loans and they are keen to add an additional member to what is already a very successful team.
In this primarily office based role, you will be responsible for the management of an allocated portfolio of live and lapsed customers. You will maintain and develop these existing client relationships over the phone as well as sourcing and nurturing new business relationships using your own initiative. You will use your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to increase new business volumes, driving revenue and income in line with your monthly, quarterly and annual targets to achieve your KPI’s.
The successful candidate will possess high degrees of personal commitment and focus, with the ability to build rapport over the phone and a desire to deliver excellent customer service at all times. You will be able to demonstrate strong verbal communication skills along with good numeracy and literacy skills and have the drive and motivation to succeed in fast paced, sales focussed environment.
