|Job Description :||Our client is seeking an Account Manager ICT Finance / Public Sector (ref: J1867) to work with vendor Account Managers and become a ‘virtual’ member within the Public Sector sales team across the UK. The role requires the individual to drive revenues by providing, propositioning and selling solution based finance products. Your ideal location will be S Eng (south of Birmingham).
Achieve revenue plans including volume and margin objectives acrtoss Public Sector.
Provide comprehensive account management to existing Public Sector customers and demonstrate the drive and desire to identify new opportunities.
Engage with Vendor Account Managers and agree actions that drive financing within all business areas.
Develop leasing strategies and implement business plans to increase revenue and finance penetration rates.
Hold monthly Business Reviews with key personnel to review lease financing performance and develop growth action plans.
Discuss and structure financing opportunities directly with end-users. Be competent in selling the value proposition and the TCO model allowing customers to move from a capex to opex model.
Provide weekly revenue forecasting and be responsible for driving key actions that lead to revenue growth (proposals, conversion of opportunity, loss analysis and revenue).
Establish credibility in the division and display knowledge and empathy with the sales team / management.
Become a team member for the benefit of overall objectives, market products, and assist on joint business goals.
Produce accurate reporting / pipeline business information.
Proven experience in working within sales aid leasing specifically in the ICT sector; specifically Public Sector bodies and entities.
Ability to build and develop successful relationships with both direct and channel partners in the ICT segment.
IT product awareness.
Ability to demonstrate how leasing / finance can be of benefit directly to customers.
Ability to demonstrate an understanding of lifecycle costs.
Must be numerate and possess good problem solving skills.
Highly organised and shows a structured approach to work practices.
Knowledge of different finance products (lease and loan).
Knowledge of IT industry/sectors & products.
Experience of IT Service Provider negotiations.
Experienced in structuring of hardware and services a distinct advantage.
Experience in structuring and selling non-traditional financing structures.
