Collections Team Leader
Our client is one of Europe’s most trusted providers of outsourced loan management and standby servicing solutions and is home to a wide range of financial services working with many of the UK High Street Banks and Credit Card providers.
We are recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to manage our collections business functions reporting to the Operations Manager. The role provides an opportunity to use your skills in a pro-active and innovative organisation that is committed to providing customers with fair outcomes and a quality service to its clients.
Manage, motivate and lead whilst maintaining productive relationships.
Case reviews and write-off requests.
Provide weekly and monthly reports.
Performance Management of the team through 1-2-1 meetings
Review of complex complaint investigations/responses.
Resolve escalated complaints.
Handling internal queries generated by the team.
Participate in and /or lead operational projects.
Day to day auctioning of a specialised work queue.
Supervisory/team leader capacity, preferably in a financial services or regulated industry.
Excellent motivational and communication skills.
