|Job Description :||Our client is seeking a Customer Support Officer - UK, SE Eng / Gtr London (ref: J2127) to provide accurate and timely execution and follow up of incoming client requests to maximise service levels.
Handle contacts with vendors, dealers and customers by receiving and solving 1st line queries and inbound correspondence and analysing and translating client needs into a solution whilst documenting and archiving process data in applicable systems.
Liaise with customers on program, contract and service processes through reports and recommendations.
Analyse contract, portfolio and process information, signal opportunities for sales and support process improvements and contribute to the follow up of these improvement suggestions.
Make administrative changes to existing contracts during their lifetime and file documents in digital archive.
Validate invoice with customer agreement and initiate the billing process and payments.
Provide internal sales and operations with information regarding customer services, providing a high level summary of vendor/dealer/lessee agreements and processes and analysing client needs in close cooperation with sales.

Knowledge of financial services, in particular banking, asset finance or leasing.
