|Job Description :||Ref: J2150 - Our client is seeking a Financial Solutions Manager - Sweden, Stockholm to assume responsibility for the or the overall coordination of leasing activities across the region. As an experienced financing professional, you will develop lease penetration and financial sales revenue as well as manage and grow the current financing portfolio to achieve sales targets.
Maximise lease business and penetration as a captive financier with minimal 3rd party leakage.
Responsibility for placing captive financier declined transactions with local approved third party funders.
Manage ongoing relationship with 3rd party providers.
Protect and optimise margins and customer base against competitor attack.
Ensure lease transaction structures are compliant with internal requirments.
Partner with manufacturer sales teams to assist with deal structures and maximise financing volumes and penetration.
Be the primary contact for sales to produce a complete financial proposal to address customer’s financing requirements and objectives relating to the asset sale.
Educate internal account teams to enable them to identify a Leasing opportunity and to recognise when they should engage the FSM.
Design and present to customers and Sales, individual lease proposals taking into consideration Deal structuring, Pricing & Negotiation, Compilation of necessary information for the credit/lease application process and Documentation.
Relevant degree or equivalent preferred as a minimum but not critical as dependent upon leasing experience.
Must have worked in an asset finance (particularly Broker / Captive) environment for 7-10 years.
Must have proven Financial Sales track record in a Vendor Finance environment.
Ability to work collaboratively within a cross functional team environment and leverage work to the appropriate level.
High energy with the capability to multi task in a dynamic, rapidly changing organisation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; presentation, business and strong negotiation skills.
Must be able to review financial information and judge the quality of the underlying customer credit.
Must understand how to mitigate customer credit risk and how to manage Legal or other structural risks at a transactional level.
Must be able to price financing transactions.
Ability to travel within assigned territory to meet regularly with Sales Account Managers, customers and to participate in meetings & events.
Language skills – minimum of fluent Swedish and English
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
