The Oakland Partnership is a successful, highly respected and expanding Consultancy specialising in recruitment within Asset Finance and Leasing and the wider Financial Services sectors.


Based in Central London, close to St. Paul’s and Blackfriars stations, we work with a wide range of clients and recruit staff with a variety of skills and experience. As a result of continually increasing demand for our services we now have an opening for a bright, articulate and career minded Resourcer and Administrator to join our small friendly team.


The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Consultants, carrying out responsibilities which after training will include;


Contacting candidates via telephone and email to discuss their current work situation

Arranging interviews with candidates and maintaining a shared calendar

Screening incoming calls and applications

Placing advertisements with online job sites and searching those sites for suitable candidates following guidance from a Consultant

Checking CV’s for accuracy

Raising invoices

Providing customer services support and other ad hoc administration tasks.


It is essential that those wishing to apply for this role are articulate, first class communicators with excellent written and spoken English skills. You should have a confident telephone manner and possess the commitment, desire and willingness to work hard that is required to be successful in your career. Applicants should ideally be degree qualified or educated to A-level standard. You should also have at least 12 months experience working in a UK based financial services or customer service/sales-related office environment.
