An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Customer Services Executive with some experience of supervising a team to join the Asset Finance subsidiary of a prestigious Leasing business.


In this service driven, fast paced business, you will be primarily responsible for helping to supervise a Customer Service Team. Your day to day responsibilities will involve duties such as; coordinating the team’s activities, monitoring performance and managing operational processes/procedures. In addition to this, you will provide support to the team, handling and solving operational incidents and complex customer complaints. As a senior team member, you will have the opportunity to provide input into the department’s operational plans and objectives, as well as planning, structuring and organising your own team.


To be considered for this role, you will have some prior team leader experience and a sound knowledge of Customer Services. You will have exceptional communication and negotiation skills, have the ability to demonstrate empathy and be able to work under pressure.  This role will involve continual contact with both internal and external customers so the ability to build relationships is very important.
