LEASING PROFESSIONALS WANTED TO JOIN TOP ASSET FINANCE RECRUITER – exceptional Relationship Management opportunities 

The Oakland Partnership is widely recognised as a highly successful and market leading recruiter within the Leasing and Asset Finance Industry.  With an enviable and very loyal client base comprising many of the top names in the sector, demand for our service is currently at an all time high.

We are looking to add to our team by recruiting 2 high calibre individuals from the Asset Finance industry to join us in interesting and challenging Relationship Management roles. These are not sales roles as such, and therefore do not involve cold calling.

After an initial training period responsibilities will include;

Managing the day to day relationship with a prestigious group of funders and brokers who come to us with their vacancies on a regular basis, often exclusively.

Discussing a wide range of vacancies and job requirements with them, offering advice on salary, incentive package and market comparisons

Identifying potential candidates from our large database and discussing those vacancies in a positive and informative way with them

Drafting interesting and accurate advertisements to be placed on numerous job boards as well as our own website, and then screening responses for suitability

Interviewing potential candidates in person and subsequently compiling short lists and submitting CV’s of the most suitable individuals.

Liaising between clients and candidates to organise interviews, receive and pass on post interview feedback, arranging second interviews and keeping all candidates informed throughout the process

Managing offers of employment with both client and candidate, ensuring that throughout negotiations both parties are represented in an honest, professional and positive manner.

Dealing with post offer and post resignation queries from clients and candidates, and maintaining communication with both parties throughout the successful candidate’s notice period.

Salary is very open as this will depend largely on the knowledge and experience an individual brings to the table. However we do not expect remuneration to be an issue for the right person and as previously stated, recruitment is a well paid industry.

 We are interested in talking to individuals with the following qualities;

A sound knowledge of the Asset Finance/Leasing industry with experience of working for a funder or a broker.

A confident telephone manner

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional outlook

A genuine desire to enjoy long term success in a new career, where you will be trained and invested in by the best.

Willingness to work as part of a small, very friendly and professional team who put the interests of the company and its clients before their own.

The ability to win the confidence and trust of people at all levels in the industry.
