Our clients are seeking an additional Sales Manager to cover typically London & South East & Southern England but with travel nationally as necessary to close transactions.


The role will involve managing new business introductions made through relationships with existing third-party introducers such as brokers, as well as sourcing and establishing new introducer relationships with finance intermediaries, accountants, and other lessors.


The successful candidate will conduct regular and thorough evaluation of new business proposals submitted to establish credit appetite, together with close collaboration with the introducer. This will involve customer meetings, transaction structuring, and the production of asset valuations where necessary. The role will also require high levels of due diligence, financial and credit analysis, and the preparation of credit submissions to the board.


The ideal candidate will be highly motivated individual with experience in the UK middle ticket leasing market working on transaction sizes in excess of £1 million across a wide range of market sectors and asset classes.


It is important that candidates have a broad range of structuring skills, legal and documentation experience, as well as knowledge of managed service agreements and assignment arrangements.





To manage some existing key broker & introducer relationships

To establish new sources of business through intermediaries such as corporate finance advisors and accountants.

To make initial assessments of proposals submitted to establish they are fit for our client

To visit customers and collect relevant data / conduct relevant due diligence

Ability to structure and price transactions according to risk profile

Prepare credit applications and submit / present to the board

To oversee preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation and pay out process


Candidate Profile


Essential skills & experience include :


Experience with UK middle ticket leasing in a senior sales role.

A strong understanding of credit and pricing

Broad structuring, documentation and pricing experience

Strong board level negotiation skills

Broad product / market sector experience

Possess a good understanding of all functional areas in a leasing company

A good understanding of IAS and UK lease tax legislation

Strong organisational & interpersonal skills

Must hold a valid UK driving licence

Salary range extends up to £85,000 with typical bonus to 50% of base salary and potential to earn up to 75% .
