J2360 - Our client is seeking a Relationship Manager, Hard Assets to assume responsibility for expansion of the portfolio in the UK for NE Eng. You will manage existing customers and the acquire new ones and be an expert in equipment leasing. Transaction size and complexity will vary and you will be accountable for all aspects of Sales, Business Development and Client services. Excellent Salary, Bonus and Benefits. Location: UK, NE Eng.
Achieving the new business goals and contributing to overall performance.
Growing the regional portfolio within the moderate risk profile mandate.
Originating and executing new transactions.
Day to day management of the regional portfolio.
Assessing potential customers and deals for their fit within strategy and risk policy.
Analysing and presenting financial and non-financial risks and translating this into optimal credit structures for customers.
Writing detailed credit proposals and credit reviews.
Presenting proposals to Credit Committee.
Data quality and data integrity in respect of the regional portfolio.
Build a networkto optimise and grow the customer base and create opportunities for the origination of (profitable) new deals & structures.
1st degree in BA / Finance / Economics, or a related discipline, MBA or Masters would be viewed positively.
Minimum of 6 years working experience in asset based lending, preferably Leasing.
Proven financial industry working experience.
Extensive knowledge of leasing market and products and activities.
Strong experience in Leasing / ABF.
Excellent ability to generate leads. Has a strong established network.
Credibility and gravitas to represent client in a professional manner.
Highly motivated and ambitious.
Willingness to travel to the abroad liaise with supporting departments.
Eagerness to learn and self-develop.

Solution driven and can-do mentality.
Good/strong Risk knowledge.
