J2364 - Our client is seeking a Payout Administrator to prepare finance documentation for business introducers within their flow business team. The role also involves general financing administration duties and will suit a bright, enthusiastic individual with a good understanding of leasing. Salary: £27,000 - £29,000 plus excellent bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley.
Preparing product documentation for introducers (as required).
Checking legal documentation (including ancillary documents for accuracy, legality and compliance) to approval conditions.
Being internal point of contact for specific introducers.
Liase with introducers, vendors and clients to obtain additional information where required.
Preparing agreements for payout.
Entering payments instructions into our internal systems for authorisation.
Manage the receipt and storage of original documentation.
Preparing Welcome Packs.
Managing the approval pipeline to ensure conversion rates are maintained to a high level.
Any other duties as required.
Have work experience in a corporate environment (ideally in a financial products role).
A sound understanding of asset finance / leasing products, documentation, banking and settlement procedures.
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have an excellent phone manner.
Be conscientious and have strong attention to detail.
Possess strong numerical skills and be proficient in the use of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
Be a team player with the ability to work unsupervised and independently.
Be self motivated and performance focused.
