RAF are taking part in a charity bike ride to raise money for The British Heart Foundation. This is a charity close to all the team at RAF.
For over 50 years, the British Heart Foundation has provided research which has been central to the discoveries of vital treatments that have helped to change the face of the UK’s fight against heart disease. They also provide support and advice for those affected by heart disease. By taking on this challenge, we hope to raise more money and support this wonderful cause.
To do this, we will be cycling the length and breadth of the country – a total of 1,263 miles! We have split into two teams and it’s a race to the finish!
How will you do this I hear you say? Who’s going to answer the phone? What about my deals I’ve sent to be Underwritten? Is Mark Lester really going to wear lycra and get on a bike?! Have no fear, we’ll continue to maintain our excellent level of service - because we won’t be leaving the building………….
Two fixed bikes will arrive at our office on Monday 4th September and the challenge will begin. Each team has a total of 6 weeks to complete the race. We will be providing regular updates and hope to see you all along the way!
