Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC as part of its fundraising activities reports raising £250,000 for 67 charities during the year 2018/19.
Over 100 Hitachi staff members have used their paid volunteer leave – approximately over 700 hours of volunteering time for 15 charitable organisations.
For both of the company's headline charities Young Enterprise and FareShare, Hitachi has provided volunteers and donated £30,000 of annual funding and £55,000 towards FareShare’s operating costs during this year.
Hitachi Capital (UK) PLC told us, “We are passionate about making a positive difference to the communities in which we live, work and serve, be it through helping small businesses to grow or charitable donations.”
