J2401 - Our client is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join their operations team and work on managing and processing all administrative tasks and duties as well as providing support to sales, collections and sales support functions. Excellent salary plus bonus and benefits. Location: UK, Thames Valley / SE Eng.
Manage and process direct debits, early termination requests, welcome letters, original documentation, incoming payment receipts and invoicing requests.
Responsible for End of Lease activities such as notifications, residual value management and secondary income sharing which require strong written communication skills.
Provide support to the Sales, Collections and Sales Support functions and undertake general Customer Services tasks including processing incoming mail.
Focus on managing the Asset Protection Insurance product and taking ownership of the maintenance ‘pass-through’ process.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, where tasks and priorities change regularly.
Adaptable, self-motivated team player.
High levels of energy at work to achieve individual and team goals.
Previous experience of working in a corporate environment.
Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Preferably you will have an understanding of Treating Customers Fairly and Financial Conduct Authority regulations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills will be underpinned by your high attention to detail.
Advantageously, though not essential you may have work experience in a financial products role and developed a sound understanding of leasing products, documentation and banking procedures.
We strongly favour applicants with proven relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly in Asset Finance and Leasing.
