The Technology & Innovation Forum invites transformation leaders and future leaders in the asset and motor finance industry to a major workshop event in Birmingham in two weeks’ time, on Tuesday 11 June.
Entitled “Collaborative Dynamics: Building Effective Partnerships Across the Business”, the workshop will allow participants to identify practical ways that the delivery and adoption of technology-enabled change programmes can be improved. Specific focus will be on creating an agile organisation, educational initiatives, handling change and enhancing communication.
The Technology & Innovation Forum is a free-to-join peer community focused on technology decision-makers in the asset and motor finance industry, with more than seventy members. Designed by the community for the community, the forum creates the space for practitioners to discuss key topics affecting the sector and learn from one another through a series of on-line and face-to-face events. Recent sessions have included practical lessons for deploying microservices, establishing a value-adding data strategy, organisational practices to drive technology adoption and use cases for the effective deployment of Generative AI.
Simon Harris, Consulting Director at Finativ, said, “Over the course of several months, we have noted a series of barriers to the effective adoption of technology-enabled change. The workshop on 11 June will uncover proven, best-practice approaches to help transformation programmes be more effective.”
