Revealed: 30 Under 30 for 2024

30 under 30The Leasing Foundation has announced its 2024 30 under 30 index.  Now in its fourth year, this initiative celebrates exceptional young talent in the asset finance sector, showcasing their achievements and rewarding their passion, creativity and innovation.

Nathan Mollett, non-exec director of the Leasing Foundation and head of asset finance at United Trust Bank, said, “Each year our 30 under 30 index highlights the talent that will define the future of asset finance. This year’s cohort is exceptional, with their ambition, vision and innovation. They bring the diversity, energy and talent we need to move the industry forward. We’re delighted to celebrate their achievements and can’t wait to see what they do next. Congratulations to each and everyone in our 2024 cohort!”

The 30 under 30 criteria

Entry was open to any UK-based asset finance or leasing professional, aged 29 or younger on 30 September 2024, working for either a lender or a service provider.  Candidates could either nominate themselves, or be nominated, by demonstrating:

•Overall performance within their role

•Tangible examples of coaching or inspiring other young people within the business

•Driver of change or transformation within the business

•Champions of D&I within the business

•Involvement in promotion of the industry outside of the day job

•Charitable activity

 

Supported by Asset Finance Connect and sponsored by Acquis, this annual index shines a spotlight on the most innovative and inspiring leaders under 30 in the industry. Representing 30 different lenders and service providers, these individuals are not just contributing to the sector - they are driving change and shaping the future of asset finance.
